| Simon Village
Chairman Simon Village is also Chairman and CEO of Banro Corporation. He was formerly a Managing Director, World Gold Council, and principal of Exchange Traded Gold, a company responsible for developing and managing a series of direct physical gold investment products that have revolutionised the dynamics of the gold industry. Previous to this he was a Managing Director with HSBC responsible for Global Mining based out of London, Head of HSBC's South African Securities business and a Mining Engineer with Anglo American/De Beers. Simon holds a B.Eng (Hons) degree from Camborne School of Mines, and brings some 20 years of gold industry and investment experience to the Company.

| Dr Michiel (Mike) de Wit
President Mike de Wit, President of Delrand Resources, has extensive experience in the diamond industry, having begun his career as an exploration geologist for the Geological Survey in South Africa prior to joining De Beers, where he worked for 29 years. Dr de Wit managed various exploration programs for De Beers in Africa which led to a number of kimberlite discoveries. Prior to his most recent appointment as general manager for De Beers in the DRC, Dr de Wit was responsible for all exploration programs for De Beers in Africa. In addition to MSc degrees in geophysics and sedimentology from the Universities of Pretoria and Reading (UK) respectively, Dr de Wit holds a PhD degree from the University of Cape Town. He brings some 31 years of exploration experience to the Company.

| Brian Scallan
Vice President Finance and Director Mr Brian Scallan, BSc (Chem Eng) BCom (Economics) MBA, is a Director and Vice President Finance of Delrand Resources Limited. His career started as a chemical engineer at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research in South Africa. After completing a degree in economics and an MBA he practiced as a management consultant for a period of 7 years concentrating on marketing and strategy work. He joined Standard Merchant Bank to design and implement its marketing strategy and was a member of the Bank's senior management committee. He transferred to operations becoming Head of Structured Trade and Commodity Finance. He was also involved with major mining project finance activities in Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo. After 15 years with the Standard Bank Group he consulted in project finance, primarily mining projects in Africa. More recently he was Head of Funding for Nikanor PLC prior to its takeover by Katanga Mining Ltd. He is also Vice-President Commercial of Banro Corporation.

| Arnold T. Kondrat
Director The principal founder of Delrand Resources, Mr. Kondrat is also the founder and Executive Vice President of Banro Corporation, a gold mining company based in the DRC, founder of Loncor Resources Inc., an exploration company in the DRC and Director and President of privately-held Sterling Portfolio Securities Inc., a Toronto-based venture capital company. He has been involved in corporate finance activities for more than 20 years

| Geoffrey Farr
Corporate Secretary and Director Mr. Farr was a partner in the Canadian law firm of Macleod Dixon LLP, which acts as counsel to the Corporation, and where he specialized in corporate and securities law, which included extensive experience in representing public companies. He is also the Corporate Secretary of Banro Corporation, Loncor Resources Inc. and Gentor Resources Inc.

| Stephen Thomson
Director Mr. Thomson is the senior partner with the South African law firm of Thomson, Wilks, which acts as counsel to the Corporation. He is a qualified commercial attorney in addition to having a diploma in company direction. Mr. Thomson has extensive experience in corporate law and commercial litigation and his firm represents a number of mining companies and companies involved in the mining industry.

| William R. Wilson
Director Bill Wilson is Director, Executive Vice President and CFO of ARNEVUT Resources, Inc., a private precious metals exploration company based in Colorado with properties in Nevada and Utah. His corporate experience includes creating and managing 11 mining companies over 25 years as a director, officer and/or CEO with mines and properties in the U.S., Canada, Russia, the DRC and Ukraine. Mr. Wilson is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Mining and Metallurgical Society of America, the Canadian Institute of Mining and the Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration. He has a professional degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. Mr. Wilson has been involved in the mining industry for 35 years.

| Maurice Colson
Director Mr. Colson has worked in the investment industry for more than 35 years and was for many years managing director for a major Canadian investment dealer in the United Kingdom. He is actively involved in providing strategic counsel and assistance with financing to emerging private and public companies in Canada and to Canadian companies operating in China, Africa, and South America. He sits on the board of directors of several TSX and TSX Venture listed companies and is the former President and CEO of Lithium One Resources. Mr. Colson holds a Masters of Business Administration degree.
