Koa Valley is a large greenfields prospect south of the Orange River some 55 km north-east of the town of Springbok and covering 74,893 hectares. Drilling the project has started following the granting of new-order prospecting rights in the second quarter of 2006. While drilling is at an early phase and values have still to be estimated, the project is believed to have considerable blue skies potential.
